LandMasters is Founded
Lucas and Alecio — aged 19 and 21 — unite their skills to launch LandMasters on Martha's Vineyard. With two trucks and an uncompromising work ethic, they take on their first residential projects in Edgartown.
Masonry & Hardscape Division
Growing demand from high-end clientele leads to a dedicated masonry division. Stone patios, retaining walls, and custom stonework become a signature of the LandMasters brand across the island.
Full Equipment Fleet & Irrigation
LandMasters invests in a complete in-house equipment fleet — eliminating dependency on subcontractors and dramatically improving timelines. Irrigation system installation becomes a core service.
